One solution for VOC abatement<\/strong> that optimises the energy efficiency of the process and limits costs<\/strong> is the Regenerative Afterburner<\/strong>. Polluted air is cleaned and purified through the oxidation of VOCs at high temperatures (750-800\u00b0C and above) to convert them into CO\u2082 and water vapour. The regenerative system achieves high thermal efficiency (over 95%) thanks to the presence of ceramic masses to recover and transfer heat. The Regenerative Post-Combustion System<\/strong> consists of a horizontal combustion chamber, a modulating burner, a multi-chamber regenerative exchanger, an electro\/pneumatic reversing valve unit and a process air extraction system. The structure is supported by a base made of profiles for uniform and correct distribution of the load on the ground. The system is managed by an electrical control panel with PLC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text]
