3D design method
The plant is designed in 3D using our ZW3D PARAMETRIC 3D CAD software, which translates directly into 3D from the native files of all the most popular CAD software, and Cosmos thermal and mechanical simulation algorithms. This method allows the final model of the plant parts to be visualised before final construction.

The client will receive:
- Graphic tables of design solutions
- Bill of materials with priced metric calculation for the value of the system
Inspection
The operational inspection will be carried out by our technical department at your plant in order to:
- Identify the filter and fan housing
- Chimney pathways
- Connections to machine tools
- Suction line pathways
Installation
The installation phase is carried out by our qualified technicians with many years of experience, equipped with the latest technology and tools, including both hand tools and handling machinery.
